If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

1. Description of Services

  • The Company provides a range of cloud computing and website hosting services, as detailed on our website, UbuntaBox.com (the “Website”). These Services may include but are not limited to, the provision of virtual servers, storage space, bandwidth, content delivery networks, domain name registration, database services, software development tools, load balancing, security solutions, and related technical support.
  • The Company offers various service plans and packages (“Service Plans”) with differing levels of resources, features, and pricing. You are responsible for selecting a Service Plan that aligns with your specific requirements and anticipated usage patterns.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify, expand, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at its sole discretion. The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Customers with advance notice of any material changes to the Services.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

  • To utilize the Services, you must create a user account (“Account”) on the Website. During the registration process, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to your legal name (or business name), email address, contact information, and payment details.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You will be held accountable for all actions and activities under your Account, whether you authorize them or not. You must immediately notify the Company of any suspected unauthorized use of your Account.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse service, restrict access, suspend, or terminate any Account in its sole discretion, including for any suspected Agreement violation.

Furthermore, you are prohibited from utilizing the Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Company’s systems, servers, or networks or interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Services by any other Customer.
  • The following activities are strictly prohibited:
    • The transmission, storage, or distribution of any material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property right without proper authorization.
    • Engaging in the sending of unsolicited bulk email (spam) or other forms of malicious or disruptive communication.
    • Hosting or linking to websites that promote or facilitate illegal activities, violence, hatred, discrimination, or the exploitation of children.
    • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to or disrupt the Company’s systems, networks, or the data of other Customers.
    • Using the Services to store or transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
    • Reselling or redistributing the Services without the express written consent of the Company.
    • Engaging in any activity that constitutes fraud, abuse, or a violation of the law.
